Kevin E. Robinson brings a unique background and experience to the practice of law and a personal touch to the representation of clients. Mr. Robinson graduated from the California State University at San Francisco in 1976 with a B.A. in International Business Management and a minor in finance; and from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law (J.D. 1979), one of the most prestigious law schools in California.
Kevin has represented clients in the State and Federal Courts in Orange County, and has handled dozens of court and jury trials in his thirty years of experience. Mr. Robinson has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in Central and Northern California.
Kevin limits his practice to Family Law and Business Litigation, including Child Custody, Division of Property, Child Support and Spousal Support issues. In the business area, Mr. Robinson has represented clients in business dissolution matters, breach of contract and fraud.
Kevin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association (Family Law and Business Litigation Sections). He has been recognized for his voluntary work with the United States Bankruptcy Court and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Court. Mr. Robinson has also represented clients in both the State and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and presented Writs of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
When not actively engaged in the practice of law, Kevin spends his free time with his family and is an avid fly fisherman, rock climber and bicyclist.
